Hi there, today I will show you how to make delicious chocolate chip pancakes.

Here  are the ingredients -

  • Generous Handful of Free From Chocolate Chips that are suitable to your needs. (We love Moo Free Choccy Drops/Baking Drops)
  • Pinch of Salt

  1. First, put all your ingredients into a jug.
  2. Use a hand blender to blend them smooth.
  3. Then pour oil on a frying pan to heat.
  4. Fry your pancake until golden brown on both sides.
  5. If you want you can add a topping.
  6. Finally, eat and enjoy!
I have put some pictures to show you the chocolate drops we use, from Moo Free. Love from Princess E xxx

Allergy Friendly Apple Pancakes (Gluten Free/Vegan/Sugar Free)

Hello again! Sorry I've been really busy experimenting, and not found much time to blog my recipes. I wanted to share a recipe that I've come up with that is suitable for people on really restricted diets, like my sister Princess M. This was the first recipe I got to make with Princess M, because Princess M is having to trial rice again, after having reactions to it! It was really exciting to cook with my sister!

Here are the ingredients -

  • 100g Rice Flour or Buckwheat  flour (You can use norma flour, if you aren't gluten free)
  • 100g Apple and Pear puree
  • 100ml Pure Apple Juice
  • (An optional extra of 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a sprinkling of cinnamon, also makes a nice treat)
  1. Measure all you ingredients into a jug.
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Heat some safe oil in a frying pan, then fry your pancake until golden brown.
  4. Finally, eat and enjoy. You could put a topping on them too, if you want to.

This recipe only makes a couple of pancakes. If you all want to eat them together you could make double the mixture.

I have a chocolate chip pancake recipe coming soon. Tonight!

Allergy Friendly Banana Pancakes - Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Egg Free/ Soya Free/ Can Be Gluten Free

Hi again! Today we are making tasty pancakes, that you are going to love. Here is how you make them.

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 200g Plain Flour (Can use self-raising gluten free flour, but increase the gluten free flour to 250g, to get the right mix)
  • 200-300ml alternative milk - 200 ml creates thick American style pancakes. 300ml creates lighter pancakes, that are the thickness of normal English pancakes. (We use Provitamil)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  1. First, pour the ingredients into a jug and mix well with a handheld blender.
  2. Next you need to put it in fridge for about half a hour.
  3. Then pour in a frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Finally you can put on a topping of your choice and enjoy! We used Choc Shot on our pancakes, and they were delicious! Daddy added sugar to his too!

Hope you enjoy the first of my allergy friendly pancake recipes! I'm cooking different pancakes this week, so I will blog about them soon.
