Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Vegan/Soya Free/Can be Gluten Free Too)
Hi there, today I will show you how to make delicious chocolate chip pancakes.
Here are the ingredients -
- 300ml of water (You can use a milk alternative, if you prefer)
- 150g of plain flour (Gluten free will also work out fine for this recipe)
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Gluten free, if needed)
- Generous Handful of Free From Chocolate Chips that are suitable to your needs. (We love Moo Free Choccy Drops/Baking Drops)
- Pinch of Salt
- First, put all your ingredients into a jug.
- Use a hand blender to blend them smooth.
- Then pour oil on a frying pan to heat.
- Fry your pancake until golden brown on both sides.
- If you want you can add a topping.
- Finally, eat and enjoy!
