Party Food Ideas For Dairy Free, Soya Free, Egg Free, Nut Free And Others.

Hi again! Today I am going to tell you about ideas for party food because it's nice to be able to eat  the same things your friends eat at your own party. Here are some ideas.

  1. Oaty biscuits - we used Asda Oatie Crumbles. (Allergy advice contains oats and wheat) You could try our Mocha Cookies too, using gluten free flour and oats if needed to make them allergen free. http://allergyprincesses.goblinshark.co.uk/2016/05/mocha-cookies-by-princess-e.html
  2. Foam bananas, no allergens listed. These came from Asda in little yellow bags. 5 for £1. :-)
  3. Cherry Jellies. These sweets are from Asda too. No allergens listed.
  4. Blueberries - even Princess M can have a small amount of these!
  5. Apple slices - especially for Princess M.
  6. Buckwheat and Apple cookies - recipe coming soon. These were made especially for Princess M, because she can only eat a few ingredients still. :-(
  7. Cupcakes - see my easy vanilla recipe http://allergyprincesses.goblinshark.co.uk/2016/07/easiest-ever-vanilla-vegan-cupcakes.html (contains wheat).
  8. Jelly - you can make your own, or buy some. We bought Hartley mini jelly pots - no allergens listed.
  9. Houmous - contains sesame. Lots of different flavours in the shops, if you want to try something different.
  10. Crisps - Ideas for crisps include:- Asda Potato Loops - no allergens listed, Asda Mini Poppadoms - no allergens listed, Kettle Chips -  some flavours contain barley, Asda Onion Rings - contain durum wheat, Asda Bacon Bites- contain wheat, Pringles - many are vegan, but they do contain wheat, Popchips - salted ones are allergen free. Tesco Bunny Bites - Ready Salted - no allergens listed.
  11. Cucumber sticks
  12. Sliced peppers
  13. Carrot sticks
  14. Bourbon biscuits - most contain milk, but Tesco do some that don't have milk in them. Yummy! (Contains wheat)
  15. Wraps or sandwiches - use suitable bread for your needs. If you need wheat free, as well as other allergen free you can try BFree wraps and bread. Fill with jam, meat-if you eat it, nut free butter, houmous salad, banana and choc shot, violife dairy free cheese, marmite, or whatever else you like!
  16. Mini sausages - if you eat meat. Choose allergy friendly ones.
  17. Banana Muffins - contains wheat. http://allergyprincesses.goblinshark.co.uk/2016/04/banana-muffins-post-from-princess-e.html
